As a current patient you are eligible to receive a free $10 Gift Card (a $10 value towards a purchase at a specific popular retail or restaurant) as a reward for referring a new patient. The new patient must present a completed referral card at the time of his/her first appointment. After the new patient completes the first appointment for their initial teeth cleaning, your gift card will be sent directly to your home address on file.
